About the Artist

Pankaja was born and raised in Mumbai.  She now lives in the US with her extremely precocious toddler who loves to paint and a supportive husband.  For her education, she has a Post Graduate Degree in Sports Science and Nutrition.  Pankaja is an avid traveler who has camped and climbed in the Himalayas, Chilean Patagonia, Italy and various parts of the US.  She practices Inner Engineering and has spent many months in Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev’s ashram in Coimbatore. Pankaja has also earned a black belt in Karate and has lived and trained in Japan, she continues her practice today.  

Pankaja is a self-taught artist who loves to marvel at the beauty in nature and seeks divine guidance before initiating her works.  Pankaja uses a variety of media such as oil paints, acrylics, water colors, plant and earth pigments, sand, clay ,resins etc. to materialize her projects to reality.  She has sold and exhibited her artworks at various exhibitions in India and would love to share her works with other parts of the world.
